Making a List . . .

As we prepare to go subterranean, issues about policy, procedures, and the minutiae of our work routines are emerging.

We need to document this information, so that we can remember it, prioritize it, and get it addressed.

I already have two issues to track:

1. The new HCL webpage information on Research Services: as of yesterday's launch, there are factual errors (phone numbers, inclusion of Woodberry Poetry Room in our purview). There's also the problem of nomenclature/identity for the group formerly known as "Lamont Reference Services"; we are missing from the aggregated list on the page.

2. Computer peripherals formerly housed in 410: I've sent Diane and Heather a placeholder message about their future "home" and responsibility for them (Julia? Access Services -- which has or had a stash as well? B30?)

Please keep adding to the list with posts of your own; as long as you identify the post with the broad tags "Level B" and "RSL," we should be able to call the information up at once, when the time is right.
