A little known fact: Harvard Business School Case Studies are not held at any of our libraries, not even at Baker.
They are listed and made searchable online via the Harvard Business Publishing website. They come with a fee, however.
If you have patrons who need a case study, ILL is the route to go. They'll treat the request as any other, obtain the information, and absorb the cost.
