Checking "Junk" Email in the Lamref Account

Thunderbird is doing a very good job of recognizing spam in the Lamref email account and sending it immediately to the Junk folder. However, in the past week I have found two messages in Junk that were legitimate requests, forwarded from the HOLLIS comment line. One was a reference question, the other was a purchase request. We should be careful to scan the list of Junk messages before we delete them (this only takes a few seconds); if you see something that looks like a legitimate message there, mark it as "Not Junk" and move it to the Inbox before you answer it.
