B30/B30A Swipe card changes

The Research Services (B-30) swipe access has been modified slightly. Although the door is to remain locked at all times, it can now be propped open for short time without fear of setting off a security alarm. This change in procedures is meant to accommodate those who need access to the B30A conference room for classes and committee meetings. Other units of HCL have a similar procedure in place.
