HD Problems

Paul is out, and I've already had two problems with HD requests.  One patron hadn't gotten an e-mail, though he'd requested the item Monday.  I found the item at Paul's desk.  Another patron had received an e-mail saying the item was here, but it wasn't.  I also found that one at Paul's desk.  I'm leaving notes at the desk hoping to forestall any confusion.

UPDATE:  Jonathan Rosenwasser rosenwas@fas.harvard.edu is Paul's backup.  He will be in Lamont in the afternoons .
